When you feel alone and there is no one to talk to, remember you can call on Him. He may not answer you as quick as you want Him to, but He knows what He's doing. You need to leave things in His hands and let Him do His work. He is a guide that will never steer you wrong. Everything happens for a reason. The rough times we go through are to make us stronger, so we know that we can conquer anything.
